Ticket System - For Current Members and Host Site Personnel

The Ticket System is designed to be your communication tool for contacting Keystone SMILES AmeriCorps staff. The system will be used to address questions, needs, or concerns for members or host site personnel.

Once a ticket is received, Executive Director, Joyce Fosdick will assign the ticket to the appropriate staff member who can assist in solving your concern or need. The person requesting a need will received an email verifying their ticket has been submitted and in process. An email will be sent to the originator concerning the status and who will be assigned to address the issue. When the request has be solved, an confirmation email will be sent back to involved personnel verifying the ticket has been addressed and closed.
